We invite you to join us for the most exciting fundraiser of the year! KW Elevate's 8th Annual Night At The Races. 100% of proceeds benefit KW Local Cares and Medina County FOP #204’s “Shop With A Cop” Christmas program.
KW Local Cares is a 501(c)3 local public charity created to support Keller Williams Elevate associates and their families with hardship as a result of sudden emergency. KW Local Cares is the heart of the Keller Williams culture in action, finding and serving the higher purposes of business through giving in the Market Center and the local communities where our associates live and work.
Held every December, Shop With A Cop's main service event pairs underprivileged and at-risk children with a law enforcement officer for a shopping spree leading up to Christmas. The hope is that this experience of shopping for toys alongside officers will instill in each child a positive experience with law enforcement which will carry into their adolescence and adulthood. This event started in 1989 when a small group of officers quite literally passed around a hat and collected money to take a single child in need shopping for toys. Each year since then the program has grown with thousands of kids being served over the past 30 years.
